About The Guided Course & Why I Created It

 

I began daily gratitude journaling a few years ago and it completely shifted the foundation of my life. Having the ability to find something to be grateful for at any given moment is not only a gift but a superpower! Seeing the impact it had in my life and in my healing inspired me to create this four-week course so you can become rooted in gratitude, too. Each week we will explore gratitude in a different light, see below for details, with the intention to equip you to be able to tap into feeling grateful at any moment and in any season of your life. This is a virtual four-week course that you can journey through at your own pace. Within 48-hours of your purchase, you will receive all the downloadable links that are yours to keep forever.

Week One

Gratitude in the Present Moment

In our first week together, we will focus on all the big and small ways in which we can be grateful on a daily basis, in the present moment.

Week Two

Gratitude in Difficult Moments

In week two, we are going to explore the ways in which we can alchemize a difficult moment into an uplifting one through gratitude.

Week Three

Gratitude for Self

In week three, we will be confronting and strengthening our self-love with the power of gratitude.

Week Four

Gratitude for Manifestation

In our last week together, we will learn how to use gratitude as a tool for manifesting our dreams and deepest desires.

 

What To Expect

I will be guiding you in your gratitude journaling practice for four weeks!

Within 48-hours of your purchase you will receive:

  • 4-weeks worth of gentle reminders, warm-up exercises, prompted exercises, inspirational quotes, and “homework”

  • Video recordings of me guiding you through the practices of each and every week

  • Downloadable and printable pdf files presented in the recordings for each week

Within 48-hours of your purchase, you will be emailed the course materials for all four-weeks (you will receive the materials to the email you provided at check-out). The course materials include the pdf and video files for each week. The pdf’s for each week have gentle reminders, warm-up exercises, prompted journaling exercises, inspirational quotes, and “homework” for that week (see the theme’s for each week above). The video file’s are me guiding you through each pdf - so you’re not doing this alone! I am right there with you, guiding you through every exercise, every week.

In these four weeks, you will cultivate self-love through gratitude, explore the ways in which you can make a difficult moment a purposeful one with gratitude, strengthen your ability to tap into gratitude any day at any time, and learn how to use gratitude as a tool for manifestation. This course was created with the intention to help you develop a healthy and consistent relationship with gratitude, as well as to give you the guidance on how to use journaling as a consistent tool for self-care, development, and inquiry.

Approach this course with the expectation to be guided not necessarily towards all the answers but towards the opportunity to awaken your inner-guide for self-healing and awakening through gratitude journaling and supportive reflection.

If at any point during this four-week journey you need to reach me for extra guidance, support or encouragement, I will be accessible to you via email. I will also be accessible to you after our four-week virtual journey together, as it is encouraged that you continue to explore this practice on your own.
