Cedar, also known as the tree of life or the tree of peace, is a very sacred medicine plant for my Indigenous ancestors and their/our ceremonial practices. So, I am very honored to offer it. Cedar is one of four major plants on the Native American Medicine Wheel (the others are sage, sweetgrass, and tobacco). In Indigenous communities, it is one of the top highly recommended medications for various ailments (cedar baths for healing, cedar tea for longevity, and in this case cedar as a smudging tool).

Cedar has a balanced feminine and masculine energy. It promotes a peaceful, serene ambience when burned and it’s woody, forest aroma helps with that, too. Cedar is said to attract the good spirits and chase away negative energies.

Every stick is hand tied and sealed with white string to symbolize purity and good intention. All my products (including this smudge stick) are energetically charged by me before shipment! Every order will also receive a handwritten and personal note by me. :)
