This (masculine) smudge stick is a blend of California white sage and rosemary. A sacred and powerful combination of plants that bring forth energetic, psychic, spiritual, and physical purity. This smudge stick is great for cleansing your space(s), clearing of negative and dense vibrations.

The ceremonial and ritual use of both sage and rosemary are ancient.
